Warranty:
– On-Site Warranty (2 Years): Covers any manufacturing defects. Our technicians will conduct on-site repairs or replacements.
– Off-Site Warranty (5 Years): Items will be examined by Home-A-Genius technicians within a 5-day window. Clients are responsible for self-collection post-examination.

Warranty Exclusions:
– Our warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear, defects resulting from installation, and breakages are not included.

Pricing:
– Prices listed do not include delivery and installation charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Returns:
– Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to our Return Policy.
