If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a Home-A-Genius website, system or installed smart home setup, please tell us about it using the form below. We read every report.

Timelines to process your vulnerability report

1-3 working days is required for us to acknowledge your security report.
Thereafter, our security researcher will provide status updates every 2 weeks before resolving the issue.
